Fees & Funding

Mobberley Pre-School opens Monday – Friday offering flexible daily playgroup sessions between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm term time only.

September 2018 – Summer Term 2019

2 year olds – Standard rates (non funded hours)

Session 9am - 12pm
Session 9am - 1pm
Session 9am - 3pm

3-4 year olds – Standard rates (non funded hours)

Each session includes a mid morning healthy snack and a choice of milk or water. Sessions must be be pre-booked each term (as we must adhere to staff:children ratios). Parents must provide their child with a packed lunch if staying after 12 pm ( Lunch Time Club)

Parents are invoiced at the start of each term. Invoices must be paid within 10 days upon receipt. We regard non/late payment of fees as a breach of the ‘Parent Contract’. Non/late payments will incur a fixed administration charge. All pre-booked sessions for a term must be paid for even if your child is absent due to an illness, appointment or holiday. If for any reason your child will be absent long term (continuous period of more than 3 weeks) please inform the settings Manager. Additional fees or charges payable in addition to the fees chargeable must be paid in full before the end of term. Non/late payments of additional fees and charges will incur a fixed administration charge. A minimum notice of 4 weeks must be given in writing for a permanent withdrawal of your child from the setting, or reducing your child’s sessions once an invoice has been issued for the term, late notice will incur a fixed administration charge.

The Pre-School may reserve the right to charge parents for late collection of their child from the provision for each 15 minute period, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Extra Charges

Uniform optional (please ask for further details).  We try not to charge for extra curriculum activities and especially resources but may ask from time to time for a small contribution depending on the activity.  As a registered charity we do rely on donations throughout the year of any kind big or small to enhance the provision that will support the learning and development of all the children.

We are registered to offer early years education entitlement funding for 3/4 year olds whereby all children are entitled to receive 15 hours of  education funding from the term following their 3rd birthday. In order to claim the full 15 hours it must be claimed over a minimum of 2 days. Access to this funding can be easily organised by us termly.

You are welcome to use a childcare voucher scheme to pay for your child’s fees if your employer offers this arrangement. We are affiliated members to a number of these schemes.
